Disappointed. Added loads of additional charges on for a Chrysler vehicle (including a $20 filter charge). They were also quite inconsistent as I had just sent over my parents to them with a similar spec vehicle and they didn’t charge them all the extras. Asked them about it and no change even with the non-disclosed add-ons and sending them two customers in the matter of a week. We used a coupon and they mentioned that as well.
