I recently had my curly hair cut by Savannah, she did a great job and she also has curly hair btw so she knows how to work with it. She has a great personality, and she sends confirmations the day before. I used to go to another stylist at this salon but she did not send confirmations and she was late 2 out of 4 appointments and did not call me to say she'd be late. She was not professional.

What this salon needs: a receptionist. It also needs a website that has bios/photos of the stylists. If you don't have a website then at minimum put bios and photos on Facebook. Right now if you call to make an appointment you have no idea who the stylists are and just get whoever answers the phone as your stylist, unless you see a name in social media. Since there is no receptionist, when you show up at the salon you have no idea if anyone knows you are there. Its a very odd experience and a big disconnect.
