Horrible. Do not change your phones screens here you will regret it. Rad or rod whatever his name is the owner. Has horrible customer service. Do it right and just take it to the Apple store or somewhere else. I wish I would have read the yelp and other reviews before choosing this place. If I could give zero star I would have. You will go for a screen repair and leave with a broken phone. Good luck
