Customer service is well Below average It is virtually impossible to talk to somebody the first second third fourth fifth sixth seventh eighth or ninth time that you call And when you leave a message for the virtual assistant, it very rarely if ever get a call back The only times that I have received prompt customer service is when I take walk off and go to the office and sit there until it is done
September 2025 Update: Our experience at Talison Row has been extremely disappointing. Management has been unresponsive and unhelpful regarding a recent black mold issue, despite us having young children living here - 2 and 4. We have repeatedly asked for professional testing and a safe place to stay while the health and safety concerns were being resolved, but both community management and IRT have (at best) dismissed our concerns as unreasonable and offered no solutions or help. September 2025 Update: Our experience at Talison Row has been extremely disappointing. We discovered black mold in our apartment due to long-standing leaks that the management was aware of. Instead of handling it professionally, they only cut out sections without proper remediation or any testing to make sure the unit was safe, despite us having young children living here - 2 and 4. I had nothing short of a wondering experience moving into Talison Row. Tiffany was very professional and helpful when answering all of my questions and made an already stressful experience so much better. Furthermore, the few maintenance request I have had have been taken care of in a timely manner.
The entire team works very hard to keep our apartment and the entire complex in good shape. Even when they are short on staff they make it happen in a timely manner. The maintenance team is exceptional and responsive, even on weekends. Our washing machine started leaking on a Friday night and not only did they come out to clean up the water, we had a new washer on Monday.
