Early 2025 we were told “landscaping wasn’t in our budget,” leaving us with mud, flooding, and ponds of standing water growing algae from years of neglect. Theft, poor trash pickup, overwhelming dog waste and odor, and paper-thin ceilings where you can hear every move your upstairs neighbor makes are daily issues.
