The entire team works very hard to keep our apartment and the entire complex in good shape. Even when they are short on staff they make it happen in a timely manner.
I love this place. All the amenities you can ask for, and the pool area is fantastic. The management is wonderful, and always make it a priority to listen and take swift action when needed. Robert is wonderful, and not only is knowledgeable but takes time to thoroughly address your questions when they arise and take care of anything that comes up. Very disappointed with the lack of response. I submitted a request for dryer maintenance at the beginning of the week. It’s now Saturday, and no one has come. My wife went yesterday to ask about it, and the only response was that the maintenance person is sick. I understand that unexpected issues can happen, but they haven’t provided any alternative solution or given any update on when the problem will be addressed. I pay my rent on time and expect proper service in return.
I’m disappointed with my experience renting here. The building is dirty, and management doesn’t seem to care about maintaining the property. I submitted a maintenance request weeks ago, and nothing has been fixed yet. The lack of attention and care for tenants is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend renting here unless they make serious improvements.
I felt compelled to write a review about my experience with the community manager Trina Lynch at Talison as it has been a much different experience than i have ever experienced with other employees or previous management. After living in this community for a little over a year but having signed a lease with intent to stay another I started experiencing something very serious and negative in my unit.
