I moved to Washington from Texas, everything here has been smaller, the living spaces, parking, roads, etc....but not at Talisman! The staff at Talisman have been amazing! From the property management to the maintenance team, I am thoroughly impressed by everyone's professionalism and promptness.
Talisman was a great place to live the past two years—clean, modern, walkable, and surprisingly quiet for being in the middle of everything. Solid neighbors, good vibes. But the real MVP? Stephanie, the assistant manager. Seriously, Stephanie made the whole experience smoother. I’m extremely disappointed with the management at this apartment complex. I referred a friend to move in, and before she signed the lease, the leasing office clearly assured me that I would still receive the referral bonus even if I moved out within 90 days after her move-in date. Based on their word, I followed through — but now they’re refusing to honor that promise and won’t pay the bonus, claiming I moved out too early.
