Get a better call box and put a call box on the other side where there is parking. You have a clown living there who orders lots of food from 10 miles away and tips 0.50$ every time. Next time, a crazy driver will come in with spray paint and damage your apartment. I have seen it happen in different apartments. Other apartments don't let drivers go up they have food dropping box. You have one month to improve.
My daughter just moved to Redmond from out of state. It is hard enough to find an apartment locally. Finding a great apartment from another state is even more difficult. Nice apartment, parking is convenient, it's on the same level as my apartment. Makes it easy to get groceries in. The building is within walking distance to restaurants and other shopping. There is a trail close by for running and bike riding. Stephanie keeps the place running. She knows everyone and takes care of situations as they come up.
BEWARE!!! As mentioned in previous reviews, the property experienced multiple major water leaks in October-Dec 2023, which had resulted in the flooding of 50+ apartments. Since then, the entire process has been poorly managed. To begin with, my laptop bag containing a MacBook was stolen from our apartment during the time we were asked to vacate. Horrible smell all floors up to trashcans. Do not live here. THERE ARE MANY NEW APARTMENTS IN REDMOND AND BELLEVUE. This building is older than many of them (horrible water leak last fall and many other issues) AND YOU ARE ABLE TO FIND SOMETHING BRAND NEW. I saw many Apartments with discounts in Redmond recently.
