Although I enjoyed my time at Talisman aside from the weekly fire alarms and marijuana activity around the building, I recently got a collections letter for 7k for a lease that ended, I went to the manager and reviewed the contract upon closure, the fee would've been 500 stated in our signed agreement and they assured there would be no further charges, that was a misleading statement and possibly perjurious should we go to court which I'm hoping we do. My life here was total HELL. Everithin bad that could happen happened. There are many other apartment in this area better and cheaper.

Highly recommend touring Talisman! Jana was incredibly professional and made the entire process seamless. She showed me a unit I really liked, and her communication was top-notch from start to finish. Jana’s exceptional service truly stood out! definitely ask for her if you're looking for a new home!
Save yourself the headache – look elsewhere in Redmond I strongly advise against moving into this building. My experience here has been incredibly frustrating, mostly due to the complete lack of support from the leasing office and ongoing maintenance nightmares. Whenever I try to have a conversation with management about an issue, they are dismissive, unhelpful, and completely disorganized.
