When I moved in this complex was changing ownership. The new apartment manager Castanos demonstrates beyond questionable behavior. He became so abusive that I began recording it. His abuse exploited my disability. At one point he felt his wants superseded state law. I began taking steps to take legal action for his harassment as well as notifying the office of the attorney general. He actually got angry at ME for reporting a neighbor who was punching a cat. if you live at Talise and have been through numerous management changes.... don't plan on getting any deposits back that you paid previously, unless you have record of it yourself. I paid $50 deposit for a key fob to have 24 hr. access to the workout room i turned it in with my other keys and was told i would get my money back. Well.... they don't have record of me paying anything. So even though I turned in the fob...i don't get my money. And of course there isn't anyone available to talk to about it.
I just moved in from out of state and the move in process was super easy. The new management is awesome and take care of things that need done. The staff is awesome and help with any requests. I just moved in last week and needed some maintenance and it was super easy to submit a request at the office. Very spacious and roomy apartment.
The worst apartments I’ve ever lived in. The staff is rude. Trash sits outside peoples home. The dumpsters are always over flowing. The maintenance staff has NO CLUE what they are doing and cause damage. Awful awful place to live. DO NOT RENT HERE!!
They've had two management changes with the past 6 months. They claim they will send you a bill of any additional charges when in fact they send it directly to collections. The lighting around the street and covered spacing seems to have electrical issues constantly. The new office staff is so impersonal and almost robotic. I'm glad I got out when I did. I do not recommend this place.
No bugs, pretty quite. fast maintenance. friendly staff.
This place is NOT recommended at all. The management does not make sure items are properly fixed. My sons AC hasn’t worked properly since they moved in. It leaks Freon, the apt is so humid and hot. His pregnant fiancé is miserable and since it’s a 2nd story apt the manager uses that as an excuse as to why it doesn’t cool off.
