They never return calls... most of the time they don't even bother to pick up the phone. When they do, they don't even say who or what business is answering. They are unfriendly and unprofessional.

Since being Rx with lung cancer Dr Talib was the only specialist, which I have a few, that talked to me to where I could understand any of this. He is a great Doctor and has a great staff..

I gave a 3 because of overall experience. The Dr is wonderful! I saw him in the hosp and come after release from hosp. He has helped me to breathe and that is what I needed!! His one staff member is why I have a 3 . Not sure of her name but I had a hard time getting in initially because of her and then had to go thru her for sleep apnea machine and she AGAIN was very rude!! She is the most rude and horrible person I have ever experienced in all my years of dealing with Dr offices!! I am trying to get past her so I can cont t... read more

Dr. Muhammad has provided excellent care. I'm sorry others have had issues--I've found his staff to be quite professional and friendly. I know he ha a period whete he was short staffed, but even then it was obvious that staff was working hard to handle all issues.
