I have lived in my apartment for over 12 years now. The present company that owns it (Taliafaro Inc) are terrible owners. I and other tennants have been complaining about the terrible and dangerous conditions we have endured. The building has serious damage that needs to be repaired. Whenever it rains the water is leaking through the ceiling and walls. There is also mold and mildew present.
