CANNOT believe I went 17 days in July with a broken down AC!!! My apartment averaged 89 degrees!!! It was horrible. I submitted 3 maintenance tickets, called maintenance and the office several times and even visited the office. Attempted to contact the new manager via email and visiting the office and nothing but crickets! 5 different service techs came to look at my AC before it got fixed. Moving can be stressful, but T in the front office made it feel easy, exciting, and personal. She greeted me with kindness, walked me through everything with patience, and made me feel like more than just a new resident. Son moved here June, and their stove/oven is still not working from day one. Currently, August, and still waiting on a stove/oven. Office knows. Maintenance knows. Still no stove. Office says we order it but still No Stove. Next, will be Orange County Code Enforcement department… One Star only because system will not let me post without it..
Emma was soooo friendly & super helpful during my entire moving process as well as my friends. She is always on stand by ready to help, this place would be nothing without her!
