UPDATE: For those of you who are tenants here and have had a horrible experience I can relate! I moved to these apartments Feb 2024 and BROKE my lease without any penalties because I fought for what I know what was right! We moved out June 2025 and we literally just renewed our lease 4 months prior to June 2025. We had a bad mold problem and maintenance kept trying to clean it and said it’ll go away and IT NEVER DID it just kept getting worse that even our clothes and some of my handbags (expensive) had built up mold. I would not recommend living here based on my experience. Throughout my tenancy, I repeatedly raised concerns about maintenance delays, pest control issues, billing errors, and lack of follow-through from management. Many of my calls and maintenance requests either went unanswered or were acknowledged without resolution. The most serious issue was an ongoing roach infestation, despite being charged monthly for pest control services. I documented roach activity from shortly after move-in through the end of the year.
