I have lived in this apartment complex since June 1, 2023. On June 25th, our upstairs neighbor, who has exhibited violent and unhinged tendencies, started jumping on the floor so hard it broke our ceiling light, causing it to crash down and shatter near my wife's 1 year old nephew's head. Since that day, the attacks and damage have continued multiple times a week. Management simply REFUSES to do anything about it. They keep having the construct project working on for the past 2 years. The inconvenience and noise are very annoying, and they still increased the rent. the office people change frequently, in their email, they ask you to be patient with whatever they do and not interested in your stolen packages and everything. I was very upset about the 6-month-long noise in just my side of the building when they did the construction. This is the kind of apartment that people should avoid.

MOLD in every building! They had to move all the residents off the top floor because of it and it’s still not fixed! It’s even all throughout stairways in their buildings. If you care about your health, stay away.
