First month or two they charged a good rate. Then the price shot up by 33%. I asked why. They said “because we realized other places were charging more.” So in a span of a few months they went from an awesome gem in the Rogue Valley to just another over priced storage option. Money over legacy just like everywhere else. There are now better options for the price.
Best storage unit in the valley! Fran is the absolute best!
Fran the owner put a lock on my storage that I moved out of and after so much documented harassment and over charging me. They are going to Auction an empty unit that only she has a lock on. It’s fraudulent and I’m shocked and I’m filing a lawsuit.
I have used Talent Mini Storage since 1995. Love the owners . Terrific people Happy with price.
No RV storage anymore July 2022. Need to update their website.
