I have had a very negative experience with Talent Logic due to their unsolicited and unwelcome recruiting contacts. Despite never providing them my personal information or consent, their recruiter reached out to me directly regarding irrelevant job openings. I clearly instructed them to cease and desist all contact, citing that my information was obtained without authorization, possible with the use of the Dark Web. When I arrived, the doors were locked, so I rang the doorbell. A woman and a man came out of their offices, saw me, and then went right back inside without saying anything. After waiting a few minutes, I rang the bell again. Eventually, a gentleman came out but wouldn’t let me in. Siva reached out to me and offer me a recruiter role. In the final offer stage, I asked about salary and he said I will pay you 30% for each hire you make. I asked based on experience and value I can add would he consider 40% per hire. He said it was a standard rate which I respected. I told him thank you and I look to finalize the offer in the next day. Had a job description sent to me that I was interested in, a call was set up for 1pm to discuss, no call, got an email at 1:30 asking if we can change it to 3pm, sure no problem. 3 came and went and I got a call at 3:30. Lo and behold the job didn't exist and I was going to pitched by a salesman about all the jobs they may have. I don't appreciate being sent a ghost job just so you can try to oich me your wares.
They do not check the Do Not Call Registry prior to sending spam texts and calls. A company that has zero due diligence should not be trusted.
