Center is always clean. Mostly Great staff now, especially Shannon and Jake. The app makes it easier to answer your questions (when it works). The only frustrating thing is I don’t know why they push appointments. I make one every time and when they are busy, no one bothers to look and you get called back in the order of check in anyway. It’s very frustrating. I have even been told by a staff member that they can’t even see that information. So to me it’s pointless and I don’t know why they do it. First.. this place is the most generous with payments. None of the other places are as good nor are there payments as high as Grifols. Best of all, there's no deduction for people that way less.. WEIGHT IS NOT FACTORED IN YOUR PAY OUT.. Plus they're always having promos so usually once a month theres an opportunity to receive an extra $20 or more. I personally can not donate plasma anymore due to reactions caused by the coagulant, but I did try to donate more than 10 times, including at Grifols and other places. Nevermind th... read more
