If you like long wait times this is your place. They never have enough staff to process people in a timely manner. Many times they will have a long line of people ready to check in and the few employees they do have working will stand around and chat with each other.
Jake in the back is a Rockstar! I've heard so many people request him, today I found out why! He should be training everyone in that area! He is professional, kind, and does an excellent job.
They’re slow, unorganized and clueless. The staff on October, 1, 2025 has to be the most incompetent group of individuals ever. Leadership is nonexistent and they were walking over one another. I have seen so many no flows, reconnects and two people working on the same person ever! It’s was a horrible experience. Horrible!
Stay far away from this place. They screw up all the time and they don't honor the payment owed. Run as fast as you can away from this place!!
