Rocio is my new favorite staff! Very professional and always on task. Never had a problem with my donations when she's on the clock! Good job Rocio!
I had the worst experience here, the workers didnt know how to use these new computers they got, they kept making me wait over and over again because they were confused with my files. I had to wait 45 min in a booth being asked the regular questions which only take 5 min. and worst of all in the end they told me they couldnt help me because it was to late, and it was only 1:00. They offered me 5 dollars, I thought it was a joke soo I just walked out.
Look forward to hangi ng out with the Friendly Staff at Talecris Plasma Center twice a week!!!
