They lied about how much I would be paid. This has been more than once. Very disappointed because honestly domain reason most people Donate is for the money! This company should be held accountable for lying to their clients!!

I was going to go donate but, after reading reviews and seeing the automated responses instead of a real person, changed my mind
I went in to donate plasma when the center opened at 8am. After being gone for 45 minutes, I hadn’t received my payment. Upon calling the center, I was told that the payment system is down and they were not sure as to when it would be back up. I find it very unprofessional that the donors weren’t told beforehand that the funds wouldn’t be deposited right away.
