My complaint is that I got to wait for my turn and the woman simply and simply forgot that I signed up I waited two hours as an idiot and it turns out that the sheet where she signs me was already in the trash, it seems to me a lack of respect that they play with our time I demand remuneration for the time I lost

Friendly staff but idk who runs the bonuses but I had received three different bonuses texts and it keep pushing my bonuses further out now it say I will get my June bonus if I donate in July it’s very confusing and unprofessional for all this
