Don’t waste your time or plasma. These people will poke you can’t find your veins try the next arm same shit. Customer service sucks. They need to close this location. Let’s not get into the wait time even with a scheduled appointment your still waiting 1hr30min. Never again regret coming to the awful location. They treat humans as if there inhumane. Grifols need to do better with there service or just have a new staff period.

I have donated plasma here once and I went back to give a second and third time. The staff is super nice and friendly. The second and third time I was deferred because of high heart rate. I totally get it, they have to follow protocol and I respect they’re doing things safely. It’s nerves and did not surprise me. This was done with a blood pressure cuff the two times I was deferred. I scheduled my appointment for 9:45 am and I was never called and then made to feel like I didn’t schedule is absolutely ridiculous and absurd! It literally takes me 30-35 minutes to donate! I had to be scheduled for 10:30 due to no fault of my own ! This is absolutely ridiculous! Livid is not even close to the way I’m feeling right now! This is terrible the way things are ran over at this location! HORRIBLE!
