Im about to switch to going to telecris. Every time I come to this location its always a problem. I constantly schedule appointments but am forced to wait 30-45min each time. Whether I come mornings or afternoons. The staff is unprofessional as hell! They literally argue on the floor right in front of us. Not too mention they always complain about being under staffed but every body walks around like they have all the free time in the world. No sense of urgency at all.
