Great customer service very kind and caring
I’ve loved this facility but this last time I have donated they have people on the floor sticking people who aren’t fully trained or able to do their job. Before phlebotomist stuck me he was in a hurry to get to the next person who was also infiltrated from their stick. He had said “I rushed it “ under his breathe after he stuck me and infiltrated my vein and rushed to the next person leaving the needle in my arm as I was in pain crying. Needle wasn’t place right in my arm or something causing blood to start spewing out my arm when it tried to return the blood and ended up poking me in my other arm, worst experience yet and don’t plan on coming back at all or to any donation place at all
