Im about to switch to going to telecris. Every time I come to this location its always a problem. I constantly schedule appointments but am forced to wait 30-45min each time. Whether I come mornings or afternoons. The staff is unprofessional as hell! They literally argue on the floor right in front of us. My second time leaving a review. This for profit business has corporate leadership issues. Donor fees haven’t increased in at least a year, constant employee turn over so I can’t imagine they are giving employees raises. Last year (2025) they posted a 7-8 Billion increase in revenue yoy. There’s something to be concerned about nearly every time I donate. More and more I am concerned about the greed displayed
