Great place to donate staff is always welcoming and nice sometimes wait maybe long but they push thru as fast as they can
Why tell me to schedule an appointment ahead and I still got to sit 30 minutes after my set schedule appointment on the app y'all got to do better what's the purpose of it and I'm still waiting to be seen my appointment was at 6:30am smfh

I'm not sure what's happening here in the morning but holy hell it takes forever to get out of here now. 1 hour from your appointment time minimum just to get to the donation room, another 10-30 minutes just to get hooked up once you're in that room and pray your machine works or that's more time wasted. This doesn't make any sense.
