Towanda did a phenomenal job today 10/03/2026 assisting me with my plasma donation. She was gentle kind and listen to my concerns. Thank you Towanda for making my day at the plasma center on Grove Street a pleasant one. I appreciate your patience and your gentleness with me.
Very great service with usually short wait times (may be longer depending on the day). Employees were very quick and the process went very smoothly with every step.
Clean, professional staff. They make you feel welcomed. About 1 1/2 hours per visit but they go by appointment which helps timing.
Great Place, Staff is very nice
Hire more people, no point to schedule an appointment. You won’t even speak to anyone until 45 minutes after mind you they want you to show up 15 minutes before hand
