They don’t never answer their phone. I’ve never seen a business that doesn’t answer the phone so unprofessional. And of course still nothing changes all they wanna do is play and talk and cut up and distract each other from doing their job
Staff is friendly. My only concern is if you come in the morning everything runs EXTREMELY slow compared to the evening. I try not to come in the morning because it takes almost twice as long.
They definitely need some type of help here . you can have a 3 o clock appointment and not get seen till 6 pm . There is NO WAY we should have to sit and wait for hours just to get stuck. Everyday it’s 2 -3 people sticking and everyone else walks around in circles and acts clueless and they send employees on break during a rush like what are you here for ?? . Why do you accept that many people if your folks can’t handle it ? This place needs to get shut down i recommend the other one on bragg blvd cause this is ridiculous . ... read more
Here we go again, I would love to give this place a five star, ONLY BECAUSE OF THE NIGHT SHIFT (CC, WANDA, Z, DANIELLE, DAVID, ETC) , but day shift is what makes it a one star, they are always the one who wants to be the one with the most rude employees, or the employees, who talk the most rather then work, I mean come on how do, y'all have the least people that come in but yet still be so behind and yet night shift still be pulling y'all weight.
