Very disappointed! A friend referred me, I did my 2 donation so my friend can get her bonus and she never did. I called and the staff told me my friend needs to donate again to get the bonus. No one ever told me this is the way they do it and nothing is stated on the website about this. What kind of crap is that!! I will not be going back! I guess this is why people go to BioLife.
The morning staff do not want to do their job, are rude to customers, also find every reason for someone not to donate. While They sit around do not do their job as well as conversating with other employees should not be more important than doing their job… They need someone from state to sit in or pop up unexpectedly maybe under cover as so they can actually see what goes on in each facility… Thank you
I go in the mornings they had issues getting my donation now I'm being told the morning crew says I have an attitude. I don't get it just do your jobs I have not been rude to anyone The manager wanda is very unprofessional
I love this place Sabrina is always smiling and attentive
All I have to say is some of the people here are lazy or untrained or just don't care, as a combat medic I've been around a lot of needles and you don't move a needle around to stab a vein while said needle is in your patient, and they should also make sure that the needle is actually in the vein and not leaking their own blood onto their arm. The "professionalism" of some of the people who work here is a JOKE!
