Staff is very friendly. I love their online appointment app as makes it easy to schedule times to donate. I feel good knowing I helped others in need, and getting paid while doing so. The phlebotomists they have now are amazing!! Takes me about 30 minutes from the start of the donation to finish. Just make sure you eat enough and drink lots of water the day before and day of donation!!
I haven't been to this place in over a year. I will never return. It took 2 hours for a 20 minute donation. Then I had three people skip in front of me ,after I had been there for 45 minutes. There was more employees than donors. I work with animals, and this lady said something about the puppy smell ( VERY UNPROFESSIONAL). This lady runs off the donors and her employees. Won't let me donate bc of something that happened 20 yreas ago in another state
I rode my bike almost 3 hours to get here to donate. They turned me away because of my background and status. Don't go here. There are plenty more centers in town that won't discriminate your past history.
