Staff is very friendly. I love their online appointment app as makes it easy to schedule times to donate. I feel good knowing I helped others in need, and getting paid while doing so. The phlebotomists they have now are amazing!! Takes me about 30 minutes from the start of the donation to finish. Just make sure you eat enough and drink lots of water the day before and day of donation!!
I haven't been to this place in over a year. I will never return. It took 2 hours for a 20 minute donation. Then I had three people skip in front of me ,after I had been there for 45 minutes. There was more employees than donors. I work with animals, and this lady said something about the puppy smell ( VERY UNPROFESSIONAL). This lady runs off the donors and her employees. They single people out. They socialize more than helping the donors. I didn't have not one person check on me. Very uncomfortable experience. they are rude... read more
