They will leave you sitting while the phlebotomists chat. Laura was seen walking away from sticking people with the needle in her hand. Just to run over and get involved in a conversation not pertaining to her. The employees think it is a social club not a job.
They can't verify the calibration date for their blood pressure cuffs. I have normal blood pressure but their machines put me super high. My son-in-law has the same issue with this location. My GP has never said anything about my BP either by the way.
