Fast, easy, professional. The team at this location is what makes this place a must go to. The girls and guys here are awesome.
Usually quick service, I'm usually in and out about a hour and a half. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The facilities are clean and we'll maintained. I'd recommend this place to anyone interested in donating. They do a good job.
All around a great place to donate Tomika took care of me. Friendly staff except for the lady in the back with the AirPods and headband on who shoo’d me away and wasn’t very nice. I should have called the center but hey, I’m just a donor. Other than that, always a pleasant experience when I come to DB Plasma. But I don’t think I’ll be back
I had a great first experience. Sam was who worked with me and was courteous and professional. Everyone seemed to be taken care of quickly.
