I normally don't speak bad about my experiences at facilities who's goal is to help and give life but this is the exception. In my opion it is a horrible place to go. Incompetent isn't even the word for the staff. First time I went I did a whole detailed Medical Evaluation Filled out all paperwork and donated my plasma. Second time I went there which was 4 days later The long haired skinny Brunette said she forgot to draw my blood to test it and I had to redo everything which was fine with me I tried to do it that day but sh... read more
Very unprofessional. One of the staff tried adamantly to give sexual favors in my car in exchange for half of my donation money 🤦🏽♂️ And I was hooked up to the machine so there was no possible way for me to get out of there and she would not leave. I tried to make a complaint with the lady at the front desk and she just interrupted me and told me to call some number and called the lady behind me in line foreword.
