I had to request a transfer to another center today due to the presence of an extremely rude, arrogant, and unprofessional employee. He is a bald man who frequently works at the reception desk and treats everyone with clear contempt. People approach him politely with legitimate questions, yet he responds in a hostile and dismissive manner.
