RecommendedMy power steering line was leaking and Matt was able to get me right in and fix it quickly. I was to get back on the road without delay. They keep you updated about any parts and repairs your vehicle may need.
Nice to see a shop who operates so transparently and keeps the customer informed every step of the way. I had a good bit of suspension work done this week and Travis kept me informed at every turn. We discussed parts options, prices, causes, etc. to ensure we were on the same page and made the best decision financially and for the longevity of our vehicle. We’re new to the area, but after this experience, we’ll be bringing all of our vehicles here from now on. Best auto repair experience we’ve ever had!
The Talcott's shop is an honest and personable business to work with. They don't seem to up sale you with work, but will tell you exactly what you need and when you need it, and have very reasonable rates. Also can't forget about the mascot, ruby �
