Tammy was more than accommodating! She is a true down to earth person that you deal with as you navigate your storage needs. This wasn’t the closest facility for our needs, but what sold me is Tammy and her customer service. She will do her best to make sure your storage needs are met.
I have been a customer for 2 years! Love this facility. It is clean and the two owners are very nice and helpful. The manager on site, Tammy, is such a sweetheart and always waves or says hi when we get here. I can’t say enough great things about TMSS
We have stored our travel trailer and its successor RV in the outdoor lot since TMSS opened, and it’s been a positive experience. Tammy and TMSS have been exceedingly helpful in finding a spot that’s best for our needs, and they’ve been supportive throughout some unexpected twists and turns with our vehicles. It’s a great location and the self-entry system works flawlessly. We appreciate its discreet appearance and spacious lot.
I must say that Tammy provides the highest level of Service possible!! We need storage for an out of state move and Tammy set us up painlessly and efficiently, making the entire process seamless for us - this is exactly what we needed during a stressful time. THANK YOU TAMMY for all of your help!!
