I contracted with Talco Construction to do my roof in Sep 2019. While initially the salesperson was attentive, once I committed to the work, her attentiveness declined. I had to follow up on the permit and scheduling, and have them come back out for additional clean up of debris. After the roof was done, I had to contact her to adjust the bill for the 2 pieces of plywood she had promised at no charge.
