Elderly lady who worked there either suggested that we stole (we didn’t) or was just confusing. she asked us rudely if we paid for our order pickup that was literally just rung up at the register and was in a bag? and didn’t apologize either. Not sure why we were singled out. The other nice guy had great customer service though, I’d give him a 5/5 stars.
Worst customer service experience ever. I have been with Tabots for 27 years, and this store is certainly at the bottom of the list.
Poorest customer service I've ever had anywhere. I was only customer in store and 2 associates (a male and a female) stood around talking to each other. No one offered to start a dressing room or help in any way. Only attention I received was being chastised for hanging unnwanted items on wrong rack in dressing room. When leaving I handed an associate unwanted folded items because I didn't know where to put them. Patricia, at the register, was polite. Anyone notice how old the positive comments are?
