Meghan is amazing! I called lots of properties prior to moving in here who were not nearly as friendly as she is. My husband and I recently moved in and it’s quiet, our neighbors are lovely and it’s very cozy. We look forward to being able to use the pool over the summer!
I love living here ever since the new management took over they’ve been making a lot of changes I’m excited for all the property upgrades and excited to continue living here for many years to come
Absolutely awful management. Buildings are crumbling, they up your rent $300+ per MONTH, noisy neighbors, barking dogs, outdated apartments, unsafe railings and balconies for children, pipes burst in the laundry rooms, could smell cigarette smoke from neighbors through the walls, sliders leak when it rains. Lived here for more than 4 years out of necessity and when I left they charged me $75 to clean the oven and $50 to clean the fridge, $80 for a new bedroom door even though it had a crack in it when we moved in, $35 for a ... read more
This place is a great place to live. I recently moved out and I can say compared to other apartments in the area the rent is on the low end. The staff, especially Kelsey, are very professional and address concerns promptly. Tommy and the other maintenance workers make needed repairs as quickly as possible. The maintenance team responds to emergency calls even in the middle of the night. There have been multiple upgrades to the property including hallways and the fitness room just to name two. Rent is now $1975 a month. They raised the rent $575 in 3 years. The building is sinking in just like the one across from me. No one lives there now. My bedroom floor has more dips in it now than it did when I moved in. Surprised I have not fallen into the downstairs apartment. The sink holes in the floor are really bad.
