Ok so, my boyfriend and I lived in 2 separate apartments in this complex over the last 2 years. The first one was freshly remodeled and was absolutely beautiful, the second one was also freshly remodeled but had some minor issues in the beginning but was also great and SO QUIET. I had an emergency maintenance request this past Sunday. I've never had an "emergency" request before so I wasn't sure what to expect. Sent it in through the portal at around 8 a.m., problem was fixed by 11 a.m., huge relief. Chris was the maintenance guy called. I fully expected him to be pissed as he was dragged out of his house early Super Bowl Sunday morning, but nothing could be farther from the truth. He had a great attitude and was legitimately happy to help. That goes a long way in my book.
We have lived here for the past 3 years and it honestly just keeps getting worse and worse. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND MOVING HERE. Not only are the buildings falling apart and not being kept up with but when you bring issues to the managers attention she does nothing besides say that “she will send out an email”. Okay, what is that going to do? But then to top that, she never even ends up doing that so that just goes to show how much of a priority the tenants are. Examples; 1. Meghan is amazing! I called lots of properties prior to moving in here who were not nearly as friendly as she is. My husband and I recently moved in and it’s quiet, our neighbors are lovely and it’s very cozy. We look forward to being able to use the pool over the summer!
