I lived here just before the transition to river park landings, Very humble and quiet. Take precautions; know your rights and be weary of the leasing office. I tried to pay my last month in advance to avoid being charged any type of fees, I was told by the woman to not worry about it and keep the check; when i asked for documentation for this so i wouldnt be unduelly charged she gave me a print out of my account in good standing. Ok so, my boyfriend and I lived in 2 separate apartments in this complex over the last 2 years. The first one was freshly remodeled and was absolutely beautiful, the second one was also freshly remodeled but had some minor issues in the beginning but was also great and SO QUIET. However, Megan from management, who is amazing and was always very good to us, and the maintenance crew were excellent and were on point any time any issues arose. I had an emergency maintenance request this past Sunday. I've never had an "emergency" request before so I wasn't sure what to expect. Sent it in through the portal at around 8 a.m., problem was fixed by 11 a.m., huge relief. Chris was the maintenance guy called. I fully expected him to be pissed as he was dragged out of his house early Super Bowl Sunday morning, but nothing could be farther from the truth. He had a great attitude and was legitimately happy to help. That goes a long way in my book.
We have lived here for the past 3 years and it honestly just keeps getting worse and worse. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND MOVING HERE. Not only are the buildings falling apart and not being kept up with but when you bring issues to the managers attention she does nothing besides say that “she will send out an email”.
