I had an emergency maintenance request this past Sunday. I've never had an "emergency" request before so I wasn't sure what to expect. Sent it in through the portal at around 8 a.m., problem was fixed by 11 a.m., huge relief. Chris was the maintenance guy called. I fully expected him to be pissed as he was dragged out of his house early Super Bowl Sunday morning, but nothing could be farther from the truth. He had a great attitude and was legitimately happy to help. That goes a long way in my book.
We have lived here for the past 3 years and it honestly just keeps getting worse and worse. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND MOVING HERE. Not only are the buildings falling apart and not being kept up with but when you bring issues to the managers attention she does nothing besides say that “she will send out an email”. Meghan is amazing! I called lots of properties prior to moving in here who were not nearly as friendly as she is. My husband and I recently moved in and it’s quiet, our neighbors are lovely and it’s very cozy. We look forward to being able to use the pool over the summer!
I love living here ever since the new management took over they’ve been making a lot of changes I’m excited for all the property upgrades and excited to continue living here for many years to come
Absolutely awful management. Buildings are crumbling, they up your rent $300+ per MONTH, noisy neighbors, barking dogs, outdated apartments, unsafe railings and balconies for children, pipes burst in the laundry rooms, could smell cigarette smoke from neighbors through the walls, sliders leak when it rains. Lived here for more than 4 years out of necessity and when I left they charged me $75 to clean the oven and $50 to clean the fridge, $80 for a new bedroom door even though it had a crack in it when we moved in, $35 for a ... read more
