I bought my mom flowers for her birthday. I ordered them the morning of Aug. 2nd, a day in advance, to assure that they'd get to mom on her birthday. I also called that afternoon to assure that the order had been processed and was ready to be delivered the next day. I was told yes, that it was ready, by 2 different people. My mom's birthday rolls around (Aug. 3rd) and I find out that she had never received her flowers. I called the shop to find out what happened.
