I had a very positive experience working with Charles Talbot and his assistant Mellissa Dickerson. They were organized, patient, and consistent about keeping me informed and answering questions. I appreciated the professionalism and the respectful way I was treated throughout the process. Highly recommended.

The staff was super friendly the entire way through! Despite it taking a long time (not their fault), it was a smooth process, and they were on top of things every step of the way. Mr. Talbot was phenomenal, and he succeeded in helping me win my case!!!

UPDATE: Two things first… I received a letter from Talbots office stating he backs his front office staff. Ok so you back rudeness. And second the attorney Ken Gomley I went with was WONDERFUL. I tried to schedule many months ago but I was told I had to be denied before I could be schedule for an appointment. So when I did finally get denied I called back to schedule and spoke to Susan who was so rude. I told her I was going through some stressful stuff and I didn't appreciate her being rude. I tried to schedule many months ago but I was told I had to be denied before I could be schedule for an appointment. So when I did finally get denied I called back to schedule and spoke to Susan who was so rude. I told her I was going through some stressful stuff and I didn't appreciate her being rude. And that I thought it would be best for me to go somewhere else. She said fine with her and hung up the phone on me.
