Talbert’s sent an employee to take care of this flooring repair. Was paid upon completion. In less than 2 hours, whatever was used between the wood panels…curled, 1/4/24. Made several documented attempts to schedule correction. To date, the issue has not been resolved.
We used Talbert's flooring back in October at our 100 yr old home. We had guests put a spinter in our floors during a stay. We asked Richard if they could add support under the spot temporarily until we could get back in town to address the situation. We asked that plywood or 4x6s be installed directly under the spot and braced by the floor joist for support on each side, allowing support to push against any weight.
