People vandalized my truck because I parked in a compact spot. All the spots are compact.
I’m a newer resident and unfortunately needed some emergency maintenance on a weekend. I called the front office and they had David Ortiz come within 10 minutes to my apartment. He was able to fix my plumbing issue, and it was quite a bit of work! He was very friendly and reassured me that it was okay. He was able to resolve my issue with all the tools he had on hand! It’s nice to know that I live somewhere where the staff genuinely want to help and are very kind!
