I truly want to share my own experience living at Talavera it’s a beautiful community and beautiful property but please please please Do Not move here! UPDATE: The business has replied inaccurately. I never requested a studio nor agreed to a bait and switch. I stand by my original review and urge others to be cautious. I was genuinely interested in this community and visited in person, where I was advised to follow up with someone named Dorina regarding my SHRA voucher. I followed up multiple times by phone and email, and even submitted a full application. Despite these efforts, I never received any acknowledgement — no callback, no email, nothing. Dorina gave me a wonderful tour, she was incredibly kind and took the time to show me each amenity in detail. Her warm personality and professionalism really stood out. The entire staff was equally welcoming and friendly. It was clear they all truly enjoy being there, and the level of service was exceptional.
(Just wanted to edit my response, as I see the apartment has responded. I just wanted to reiterate, this was the right complex. I am not mistaken. The complex keeps updating their response to skate out of having a bad review. How about TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY. I AM NOT A LIAR. My partner was with me and I can have him also leave a review to verify.
