Major roach issue. Can’t even use the spa without them crawling into your hair and towel. Especially the baby roaches
This place markets itself so well but the reality is hidden until moving in. Here are photos of just some of the roaches in my apartment and in the common area hallway just outside the door. Would anyone find this acceptable for a “luxury” apartment? In addition, you wouldn’t know how cheap the building materials are. Went to visit family the halls smell and very dirty. I don’t think they shampoo the carpets ever.
I’ve had a wonderful experience living here! From the beginning, staff was incredibly helpful and fit in an afternoon tour with a same-day request. Even though I had the task of moving long distance, the office staff made my move-in process smooth and stress-free. They have always been available and awesome; the team has been personable, friendly, and truly goes above and beyond. I truly want to share my own experience living at Talavera it’s a beautiful community and beautiful property but please please please Do Not move here! The entire complex is infested with roaches management has Not addressed the roach issues residents have to live with roaches on the complex the roaches are outside on the property complex It’s been an issue the entire time I have resided here absolute Nightmare and extremely disgusting No one surprisingly speaks about the roaches on this property but it’s prettifying to live... read more
