My issue with this office isn’t with Dr Khan. She has always answered our questions and been patient with us. The receptionist Veronica does not show any empathy towards the patients/children. She does not care if your child is sick. She treats parents like second class people and overall has a BIG attitude problem. She does not follow through with her word of following up or calling back with results when she said she would. 3.5 weeks for a call back on lab results is unacceptable. She is the best pediatrician I have ever met. My daughter used to cry during check-ups, but with this doctor, she didn’t. She is very polite and a smart doctor. She provides excellent treatment and is very good at diagnosing problems
My kids are going to Dr. Khan for about 3years and I must say Dr. Khan is the best pediatrician. She listens to all our concerns and explain everything really well. I will recommend people to Dr. Khan she is the best!
This office was taken over by Dr Khan after the wonderful Dr. Stanislava Coufal retired. I kept my children with this practice out of sentiment and I have to say, you are treated like a number here. I had spoken with Dr Khan about my son’s medications, she told me she’d refill them and I had to call this office daily for a refill. I was ignored for three days and when I finally spoke to the doctor she told me the patients in her office were the priority.
