Zero stars if it was possible. Whoever Pat Snow is in this company either needs to be retrained or fired. The seller of the house we bought was using her as their agent and because of her incompetence, we had to ammend the purchase agreement with our realtor THREE TIMES and moved in a month later than expected (while costing us money) because Pat never thought to make sure and ask if the seller had the title to the house, never thought to tell us until our second closing date that the seller had a lean on the house and neede... read more
