Our flowers were absolutely breathtaking, but they were also incredibly special and meaningful to us. My dad, who sadly passed away earlier this year, had purchased these flowers for his own funeral. Because so many of his dear friends had passed away before him, the flowers were ultimately not needed. Ordered a sympathy bouquet for a friend whose father passed away on Thursday to be delivered on Friday. They called at 4pm on Friday to say they are closed and couldn’t deliver so they had to deliver the next day. I would not have ordered from them if I knew it wouldn’t be delivered for 2 days. They also shouldn’t allow you to schedule a delivery when they are “closed”. Saturday morning, received a call to say they could not deliver until 5-6pm.
