As you can see from the picture, what I paid for (which wasn’t cheap, considering the size of the arrangement), was very different from what was prepared. Flowers were half in quantity, lots of greens to cover the lack of flowers, lilies were ALL closed, vase was different…I emailed customer support and followed up, still no response from them. That’s not how you handle unhappy customers. Even a “sorry we can’t do anything about that” reply would have been better than not responding.
Yesterday, although it was a bit late to order the funeral flower arrangements for my daughter’s ceremony, I went to Talaflorist. Hassan listened to me with great patience and kindness. He carefully and thoughtfully selected the flowers, paying attention to every detail. Out of generosity, he even prepared a demo bouquet for us and kindly gifted two special table bouquets. Great service and friendly staff. However the flower selection was not the best and the flowers were not fresh. Petals were falling within 2 hours of purchase and most roses were wilting within the day.
I was very happy with the bouquet they made for me. The price was very reasonable, the flowers were fresh and high quality, and the color combination was beautiful and well thought out. You can really see the care and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend Tala Florist to anyone looking for a lovely bouquet
