Came in after a quick chat over the phone. I needed a new tire after noticing my side walls cracking and leaking air. They had my size and showed me how bad it had gotten & dangerous it could be to drive. 15 minutes later and $150 I was off to work. Great experience!
They did not have my tire in stock but said they would call as soon as it came in and installed a better condition tire then what I drove in on until then (newer but used). They called later in the day and put the brand new tire on in less than 15 minutes. Great pricing and service.
Beware of this company’s dishonest pricing practices. I was told that getting my tires pumped would be free. However, after the service was done, the man who pumped my tires demanded $20. When I questioned this, he condescendingly told me that I was “rich” and should give him money. This behavior was unprofessional, rude, and completely unacceptable. Customers should not be misled about pricing and then pressured for payment afterward.
Went around 6 when most other places were closed, everyone was very nice and the price was very reasonable. Overall a great experience!
