Takoma Therapy has been a great experience from the very beginning. My therapist made me feel comfortable and listened to right away, which meant a lot. Scheduling was easy, communication was always quick and the general atmosphere was welcoming. You can tell the people here really care about their clients. If you've been thinking about starting therapy, I'd definitely recommend giving Takoma Therapy a try.
I'm in my mid 20s and decided to try therapy just to have someone to talk to and work on myself before any big problems came up. Takoma Therapy was perfect for that. It's not just a place you go when things are falling apart, it's a place you go to grow. My therapist challenged me in ways I didn't expect and helped me understand patterns in my life I hadn't even noticed. Really cool experience and I'd recommend it to anyone, not just people going through a crisis.

Tacoma park therapy is an amazing and welcoming place. throughout my life, I've experienced a lot of trauma.and haven't really had any outlets to sift through said trauma, and the people in this practice have been a world of help to me, which I'm forever grateful for. The people here are considerate and thoughtful. can't recommend them enough.
