PLEASE DON'T take your pet here. Last year I adopted a rescue cat who was around 17 years old. TPAC didn't tell me seniors are supposed to get 6 month wellness exams - I didn't know. Vets are supposed to tell you stuff like that. Then at his annual exam, the vet suspected hyperthyroidism, but didn't give him meds (just an appetite stimulant) and I could swear that they told me that they did bloodwork - but they didn't.
