The minute we walked in, I was happy. The music, the décor, and the staff was so New York. As a recent Floridian, I didn't realized I missed NYC so much. The server greeted us warmly and asked to start us with drinks. Of course I was a little meh at no alcohol but the offer of an Orangina fixed me right up. excellent food! not mexican. Which is prob why I like it .
0 stars customer service, 5 stars for food. Have never had food here that was anything less than amazing but WOW their customer service has been so bad lately. Today whomever was at the front counter (should have gotten his name) had to be really annoyed that he was at work today or hating his life and was taking it out on us, which you should never do to paying customers.... Sucks because the food is so good, but I don't know that I'll return for the bad customer service.
