My appointment was at 3:30 and I got there at 3:07 to ensure I had plenty of time for paperwork. I still had not seen a doctor at 5:10. I had to get up and leave. Absolutely absurd. I’d rather be rescheduled for another day if you don’t have enough time in the work day to see all of your patients.

Horrible service. Glasses not correct. Not the first time either. Sent back in July still haven't received them. No one will return phone calls. Never can get anyone in optical at either office. Left messages for the office manager, no return call. numerous phone calls and messages to Hannah, I'm told the optical manager,no return call. After several phone calls with Savannah the only one that will help you, she finally found my glasses sitting behind a desk where they were supposed to have been shipped to me almost 10 days ... read more

Better patient scheduling is needed. There is no reason patients should have to wait over an hour in the reception area before beginning called back into and exam room; then to wait another 20 to 30 minutes to see the Dr. This is not a one time thing but consistent in both the Griffin and Locust Grove locations. The tech confirmed that this has been an ongoing problem. NO ONE enjoys having their time wasted like this. I actually felt sorry for the staff, they all seemed scared to speak out about the problem!
