Dr tackle did punctiplasty on both eyes for dry eyes!! Over a year ago, my eyes are now worse than before. I had both eyes done for cataracts only to have them NOT BE CORRECTED!!! Dr tackle said it’s common to redo after first surgery??? NOT!!! I can’t get a call back after leaving message with savanna after 3 weeks I’m calling to ask what’s happening why haven’t gotten call back!! Dr Takle SR was a kind, caring and an expert Dr in his field. I will always be grateful for the many times he saved my vision because of a chronic condition. I have been a patient since the early 80s. After forty plus years I am looking for a new ophthalmology group.
They seem to be the only ones that can truly get my prescription right!
Plan on being there all day if you make an appointment. It’s worth the wait, but don’t make any plans that day. It’s going to take a while, seemingly averaging 2 hours after your appointment time to get called back.
