Just the wait was long
Loved the new doctor but a two hours wait past your already rescheduled appointment by them was total uncalled for. However am very pleased with eye surgery results.
The service was excellent. The tech was amazing,she was professional and very friendly. The dr. was Pleasantville very informative.
We had an appointment with Dr. Takle. We waited for almost 2 hours and still weren’t called. At the one hour mark we asked how much longer it would be, and they told us we were next. Next thing you know It was a closing time and we told them to reschedule us. They were very nonchalant and no apology. No apology!!! Just rude. The receptionist rolled her eyes at us.
