This office is living in 2020!! They have outdated and irrational protocols about Covid! They do not tell you anything about these ridiculous rules when scheduling, or when confirming appointments. I drove my 4 year old child over an hour to this Drs office and was turned away because my child had tested positive for covid less than 10 days prior. They are racist and discriminate against black patients. I had an appointed with Mr. Heard on Nov 7th. Their receptionist told me that they do accept learning disability/delay evaluations. Now they had this strange latino woman say that they don't with no proof at all. I wanted to talk with the doctor directly about the situation and left dozens of messages to talk to him directly but I guess he is in hiding because his excuse isn't passing the sniff test.
