Flimsy traveler's cap, broke off when it slipped out of my hand. Wish there was a free replacement of the cap only.
Contacted customer service for a cap defect 2nd day after receiving my order, several emails back and forth and customer services and the end they refused to offer and exchange or refund despite the fact that their website states that unused bottles can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Awful!
THey autofilled in my OLD address after I put in my new address!!!! and now my order is being sent to who knows who as I havent lived in where they are sending it in years. Call customer service and get a recording say use our online form B-BYE. CLICK.....go to the online form and it wont submit!! When you check "I am not a robot" it wont work!! I love Takeya water bottles and their other brand Thermoflask. I’m a sporty girl and I need to hydrate during sports. Their water bottles keep cool for 48 hours and the new sports bottle last for longer. They also have a large 64 oz water bottle that is great. No more stopping the game to refill the water bottle !My health is important but I just love their color choices- so vibrant and trendy.
