My 14 year old son is a patient of Dr. Takeuchi's. His has been a very difficult case yet Dr. Takeuchi has stuck it out with us the whole time. He is not only competent but has recommended other professionals that can assist with my son's needs. Dr. Takeuchi is very conservative with his use of medications and makes sure to give parents all the pertinent information about the medication before prescribing. Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in! How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? There is no comparison! Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

Loser. He immediatly put my son on a poly-pharmacutcal drug regime. Then continually changed it, with in a week sometimes. Years passed where no blood tests were taken from my son to ensure metabilisation, theraputic value - or toxicity! Then he recommended out of state residetial treatment . . . for a 13 year old! What a failure. I was so disapointed as a parent. If you ask me - this guy's a quack. Keep your kids away from him and walk away!
