I love the botique style facility, clean and top of the line equipment, and knowledgeable staff. Shawn, the studio director, is a master of Jiu-Jitsu and has a self defense class starting soon, I'm really excited to see what skills I take from this class! I highly recommend a class of this nature to everyone in this day and age.
