Used 3 times, 2 out of 3 times food was delivered 2 or more hours late, and cold. Promised a refund on last order. Refund was never given, however, Mr delivery did explain to me how my bank lost the refund, when it was never given to begin with! Presented me with copies of transactions showing a refund, but, never transferred to my bank. I tried to order from Takeout Taxi Louisville today to be delivered to my office during my lunch break. My order went through fine and I received a confirmation email. I receive a call 10 minutes after I place the order and wasn't able to answer because I'm at work. I listen to the voicemail and it says my card was declined (I put in the wrong expiration date by accident) so I call them back less than 4 minutes later.
