She's very caring and has a wonderful bedside manner. The staff is just as good as her!
Super rude - I called to ask when the earliest new patient appoint would be. The woman who answered said, "probably two to three weeks." I asked if she had a date for the next available new patient appointment. She gasped as if this was a troublesome question, and replied with a smug/annoyed, "I mean, I could find out, but I'd have to put them in the system and stuff. It's going to be two to three weeks."
