I got my wedding cake here. I always drove by this bakery but never got anything. But for my wedding my kids suggested to get the cake from there since they had taste cakes here before. It was a great choice. My wedding cake was delicious and I got so many compliments. People love the flavor. It wasn’t too sweet which I loved and everyone commented on that too. I ordered a carrot cake with cream cheese frosting for my mother's 80th birthday party last night in Fairfield. Carrot cake is her favorite. The cake was beautiful in presentation, and incredibly delicious. It was the hit of the party. I've been getting texts all day asking me where it came from.

Take the Cake made two 12" cakes for my mother's 90th birthday party: a mocha praline and a lemon coconut. They were beautiful and delicious. Everyone at the party praised the cakes, but the true value of the cakes has been clear since the party. I had over-ordered, it turns out, so we had to freeze leftover slices.
