TP insulation was outstanding! Their customer service was fantastic. From my first contact with Brianna, through the work and billing, everyone was professional, and did what they said they'd do when they said they'd do it. The work was done professionally, and they left no trace behind, cleaning thoroughly when they were done. All in all, I couldn't be happier with the experience and would highly recommend them.

Andy has done several jobs for me as a contractor. His guys are very respectful on the job sit, easy to be around, work all day and leave the job site spotless. Thanks guys and keep up the good work.

I had a serious problem with ice dams forming on my house, which is often an insulation problem. Take Pride, though as busy with new construction as most contractors in our current market, either answered their phone right away or called back almost immediately each time I called. Matty ( I believe) came out quickly to evaluate my problem and did a good job explaining what they could do for me. Andy and his guys were scheduled to blow fiberglass insulation in my attic. I was scheduled on a specific day at 7-7:30 in the morning. No one showed up and they said they had a doctors appointment. We reschedule the following week.... Once again, no one shows and they have another doctors appointment excuse. If you want reliability and someone that shows up when they are supposed to, use a different insulation company.
